In 2008, Eric accessed a state of expanded awareness and experienced an opening to inner guidance. Through an intense study of neurobiology, neuroplasticity, brain chemistry, epigenetics, body-mind medicine, neurofeedback and other cutting-edge scientific disciplines, Eric found scientific support for his inner experience and founded Mindfulness Exercises (the company that preceded Mindful Science) to teach others to achieve the same results in a predictable and repeatable way.
Experienced mindful practitioner, during the last years Eric has guided hundreds of people in person and online, receiving more than 20,000 personal journals with the experiences of the students who participated in this journey.
He currently participates in the development of a new bio-feedback techniques and technology that supports the students journey in learning to self-regulate their autonomic nervous system.
